What if my period comes early or late?
If you use the Juniper tracker, every period you log moves your next box to match. Otherwise update your date from your account, or skip a box, any time before it ships.
Who can see my dates?
Only you, and the Juniper team, who need them to schedule deliveries. If someone gifts you a box, they never see the dates you set.
Can I change what’s inside?
Yes, from your account, any month. Prepaid gifts are fixed once paid; message us if she’d like a swap.
How do I pause or cancel?
From Manage my boxes, in one tap. There’s no commitment and nothing to pay in advance for your own box.
